Hi everyone! 🙂 Glad you came to check back to read how week 3 of the #myvitabreak challenge went.
Turn your FOMO* into JOMO*!
Everybody who is honest with themselves will probably admit they suffer from *Fear Of Missing Out from time to time. So on monday the challenge was to turn this into *Joy Of Missing Out. Don’t let FOMO controle your life and focus on your job, so put your phone away for a day. On other days set times where you check your phone (lunchtime, after work,…) and put it away in between. Would you be able to do this? I managed to do it quite well, I was still suffering from neck- and backpains from my car accident last sunday. So I was resting all day. 🙂
A bowl of soup a day keeps the doctor away!
kinda funny since my right hand got burned 2nd degree last week by spilling a bowl of hot soup.
But I got trough eating this bowl of soup safely hahaha 😉 I love eating soup in the wintertime!
This pumpkin-cream soup was absolutely delicious!
When you have a job like I do, you sit at your desk the whole day.
On wednesday Vitalinea challenged us to do small exercises on the job. Take an extra walk to the printer, do some stretching while waiting for prints. Park your car a bit further than usual or talk a walk outside during your lunch break… there are so many small things you can do to feel good. 🙂
On Thursday it was time to relax! Can’t say that’s a difficult challenge for me 😉
I had a busy day visiting the Antwerp pressdays (more about that soon) so afterwards this was exactly what I needed!
We got this lovely bath bomb from Lush Cosmetics. Mine was the very cute Twilight version!
Okay, I L O V E to dance but after a busy week and my car accident I wasn’t in a party mood… SORRY!
I’ll show you my most fabulous party outfit very soon 😉 (more to come)
Sadly enough I didn’t went to the movies on Saturday… we did got 2 tickets and I will make use of them hopefully soon. But safety level 4 in Brussels and 3 in Antwerp and soldiers everywhere made me not want to go. 😦
Going to the movies has to be a relaxing, fun and carefree night… And that’s not how I feel at this time.
On Sunday the motto was “a penny for your thoughts”. Writing down 3 things I’m thankful for?
Easy peasy 🙂

I can’t believe it’s already week 4 of the #myvitabreak November challenge.
I’m honestly going to miss this! I had so much fun these past few weeks with discovering new things every day/week. 🙂
So I’m going to enjoy this last week to the fullest! Curious to see what week 4 looks like?
And of course: what was in my week-4-goodie-bag?
One of my favorite quotes of this month: “I’m sorry for what I said when I was hangry!” on our tote bag this week.
Inside: a skipping rope and beautiful red nailpolish. Keep an eye on my instagram for a daily report and check up with me next week to read my very last #myvitabreak report! ❤
