Personal: from human doing to human being

It took me quite some time to write this post because it’s a really difficult one…
In the beginning of this month I sort of had a mental breakdown.
Overworked, too much stress, health issues, personal issues,… all combined into what was diagnosed as a “burn out”.

Since then I’m home on doctor’s orders. I’m also taking heart medication now because of my extreme stresslevel my heartbeat was extremely high all the time. The doctor said I should take rest when needed but have fun when I feel like it.

So that’s what I’m trying to do… I’m trying to sort out my life and what makes me happy and I’m constantly working on myself and my happiness. “The pursuit of happiness” with Will Smith is one of my all time favorite movies by the way ๐Ÿ˜‰ .

I hope to get some understanding in this, and I hope you know I’m not quitting my blog at all! I still love every single part of it! And if I have something awesome to share with you here I sure will! So keep following me on my socials .

And I hope to share some fun blogposts with you soon…
In the mean time I’ll be taking some well deserved/needed quality me-time.
I recently followed a yoga class where the teacher said: “we’re going from a human doing to a human being now”, and I found that to be so inspiring…
